How does the Directors Sign'offs work?

For a Google Sheet Called Directors Sign-off's that is available through the Directors Dashboard Directors can sign-off on a multitude of information that is collected in the sheet from different sources. 

These are

  • Report-It Form submissions
  • All Report-It form submissions
  • All Improve It submissions
  • Some HR Hannah submission (important staff information)
  • All Staff submissions (through HR Hannah)
  • Some H&S Hans information (H&S related information)
  • Some Reports of Report Robert (like conversion rates or sales of the last month)

How does the D to D or Directors to Directors filing work

1. The system is designed to give Directors an easy and universal input field that they can use to file any message that they want to be communicated to the remaining board members for signing. These records will become part of filing companies matters and making sure important issues are signed off by the board. The resulting document/Google Sheets (Directors Sign-Offs | Signed & Not signed will become part of the overall reporting requirements.

  • Directors Sign-Offs | Not Signed: Will contain the messages submitted through the Directors to Directors form with an opportunity/requirement for all 3 board members to sign them off. Once all 3 directors have signed the line item of the submission is removed and added to a sheet called Directors Sign-Off | Signed

  • Directors Sign-Offs | Signed: This sheet acts as a history record and accumulates all part entries submitted to the Directors Sign-Offs | Not Signed sheet that is populated by many sources.
