Coms to Management

Hannah has much work in planning however most of it is not yet functional due to incomplete reference documents. 

She takes her role on the TEAM PORTAL that is accessible through the APPs. The portal is a page for all staff related solutions for WTGL team members.

Currently the portal allows for staff to communicate information such as holiday preferences and anything staff and employment related. These submissions will directly show in the Directors Dashboard in the DD Sign-Off.

 

Creating Staff Logs

Hannah also runs staff logs where all information about a staff member is collected from different areas of the system such as Improve It and Report It forms. 

 

Current Challenges and Ideas: 

  • Hannah will be able to answer many employment related questions (bot) on the TEAM PORTAL. A Reference Document is already setup and aligned to NZ employment law that helps her to answer questions. However this document still needs updating by the board. It is as easy as to fill in the gaps. This is something that Hannah will be able to take care of as a completely independent and scalable service. Any inquiries about specific holiday pay or a Christmas party. She can know it all. 
  • In the future Hannah could ask employees when they want to work and register it for management to assign shifts. 
  • She may take over some training tasks that were planned for Training Tanja that in this case may loose her job.
  • She could help H&S Hans with Mental Health monitoring.
