The Magic
Status: Pick-Up Penny is still in Training
Pick-Up Penny will support the drivers with support around the pick-ups. Her organisational skills can be discussed and can go as far as knowing where vehicles are if she can communicate location data to the vehicles. Penny may hold a checklist of all clients of each day and help to manage that every guest is picked up. Potentially pick-up drivers can voice-chat with her and update her about people that have been picked up and ask her about pending pick-ups or if anyone is not accounted for.
Tickets from Rezdy the customers may bring on their phone could contain a QR code that is scanned by the driver at pickup. This way Penny knows who is on board or may have been forgotten.
Current Challenges and Ideas:
- Penny is just a beautiful concept at this time. But she could do all that one day if some talented developers breeze life into her role ;)
Reports Penny delivers
- Currently none. In the future she could report on the amount of customers still waiting swell as the amounts and names of the once that may already be on tour or still transported. There is really no limit to imagination like with all the agent team and their potential.
