Current Bugs & Notes
- Reference documents for public agents (chatbots) have to be checked. Go to Agent Workforce to find them.
- Training Tanja could receive access to the knowledge base (all training) and deliver information to staff about specific tour questions e.g. locations, stories or wildlife. Currently not set as we only have a limited amount of chatbots with current plan.
- Chatbots needs to be checked if they are displaying right especially on mobile. There is currently a bug in Zapier we have not solved. Bot changes are not saved. E.g. Rings Ryan thumb does not want to be bigger.
