Improve & Report

 Welcome

At Wanderlust Tourism Group Ltd. (WTGL), our goal is to create a safe, enjoyable workplace and provide the best possible experience for our guests. To help achieve this, the Health & Safety App includes two key options for submissions: Improve It and Report It. Here's how they work.

Improve It

The "Improve It" button is for sharing suggestions, observations, and ideas to enhance the workplace or guest experience. It’s also a place to document missed opportunities or near-miss situations that could be addressed for future improvement.

Examples of Improve It Submissions:

• A guest shares feedback about a payment system that would better suit their needs—this could be a missed opportunity worth exploring.
• Proposing handy props or equipment, that could make day-to-day tasks easier or more fun for everyone.
• Highlighting a "near-miss" situation, such as noticing a slippery step that could have caused an accident.
• It is also the prime spot to submit if something in the app is not working, does not make sense, is difficult or could be improved. Drop a link in here and let us know.

Anonymous Submissions:

• Improve It submissions can be made anonymously, providing a confidential way to share observations, ideas, or challenges without attaching your name.
• This option is particularly useful for team-related or personal concerns that may not feel comfortable to communicate otherwise.
• Anonymous submissions will focus solely on the information provided to help management improve the workplace while respecting the submitter's privacy.

Important Notes:

• These submissions are not monitored in real time. Do not use this feature for urgent or safety-critical matters.
• Submissions are reviewed and potential improvements evaluated by management in un-regular intervals. Every contribution is appreciated and helps to improve our workplace.
• Everyone is encouraged to regularly identify and share areas of improvement as part of their job responsibility.

Report It

The "Report It" button is for logging incidents, concerns, or situations requiring immediate attention. These include risks of injury, damage, or guest dissatisfaction.

Examples of Report It Submissions:

• Reporting slippery steps that could lead to accidents.
• Communicating dangerous road conditions or other hazards to management for immediate guidance.
• Logging guest complaints that require prompt resolution.
• Documenting incidents involving property damage or injuries to staff or guests.

Important Notes:

• These submissions are monitored in real time by the directors whenever possible. While high-priority, some delay may occur due to other commitments.
• Use this feature for any scenario requiring timely intervention to prevent harm or mitigate risk.

When in Doubt

If you are ever unsure about a situation or notice a risk that requires immediate attention, always call your manager or the next available person who can assist you.

Do not rely solely on technology in cases where people or equipment are at immediate risk. In emergency situations, do not use the app—instead, act according to the procedures outlined in your training sessions.

If you are uncertain about any aspect of this process or need further clarification, please contact your manager directly. Alternatively, you can submit a message through the Improve It form for non-urgent inquiries or feedback.

As part of our team, you are expected to actively contribute to improving our workplace for all of us by:

• Observing and submitting suggestions or incidents regularly using the app.
• Engaging with the "Improve It" and "Report It" options to make our workplace safer and more enjoyable.
• Helping us achieve top guest satisfaction as a trusted and favorite tour operator and employer.
