Orientation

This page will explain our tools and how you can navigate around this training environment. 

 

You will use our Knowledge Base, check out the Guides Home App and can update your contact details. Here is how it works. 

Your Resources

  • Knowledge Base
    Welcome. Here you have just arrived and can start learning by clicking Start Orientation --> at the bottom of this page. 
    Every once in a while, there is a short quiz you can use to check your knowledge on a topic.
  • Guides Home App
    The App provides all the information for guides on tour and gives you access to Rezdy and other tour-related tools. You can also log ideas and incidents, including photo uploads directly. 
    The app is your all-in-one interface for everything on tour and while working with WTGL.
  • Rezdy
    This is our booking system. While accessible through the App you may require a personal login. This is where specific tour booking information is located providing tour guests names and contact details.
  • Communications
    The App facilitates the internal communication. This way any submission always ends in the right hands 👍

    You will find our communication logs at the bottom of each page of the Guides Home App. Check it out: Submit our 2 coms forms at the bottom of the app now. Just write 'test' into the subject and help us test the system. 👍
  • All knowledge-based training
    All our training documentation is here. In addition hands on training will be completed alongside your onboarding journey.
  • Other tools
    Check out image galleries you can show on tour, a photo upload tool where you and your guests can upload photos, tour upgrade links and a lot more. Explore the tools in the app now.

How to use the APP?

Do not use the menu in the knowledge database. Instead pick the training you are after in the APP button menu and navigate through the training by scrawling down the content and clicking next below or whatever option is offered. 

The flow will take you through the required trainings.
