The Magic

Status: Seal Coast Sandy is Working

Seal Coast Sandy knows all about Seal Coast Tours and answers all tour and booking related questions in the live chat. Her knowledge needs to be updated in her Reference Documents to increate her confidence. She may be able to book customers straight into Rezdy some day. 

Sandy is also answering emails related to Seal inquiries in the bookings@ account. She identifies Seal inquiries and where possible create a draft reply that is stored in the outbox for a team member to pick up, check & send.

Sandy works with the other public agents like Rings Ryan and Discover Danny when answering emails. She will never send emails on her own behalf. Just place then in the outbox. 

 

Current Challenges and Ideas

  • Sandy has not yet learned to answer questions on Facebook. 
  • Sandy can be improved by checking the summary of her chats and entering new answers to questions that are asked to her Chat-Reference document.
  • Sandy could learn to upsell other tours and refer questions to e.g. Rings Ryan or Discover Danny.
  • Sandy could be linked to Rezdy to allow her making, changing and checking bookings. 
  • Sandy could learn to speak to other AI's. She can show you how it works here. These AI's are from people using AI to search or can be from a travel agent. Interesting stuff.
  • Sandy does not yet pass her chat on to a real person when she cannot resolve the question. This makes customers unhappy. A scenario to test could be that she could refer to a contact form. That may deter people at peak season from waiting for real time response of real person. Or the function to talk to a real person could be build in.
